Complaints

Complaints Procedure 

We work hard with our parents to ensure that we have a good relationship. Any concerns you may have are dealt in the first instance by informal discussion with the school. Please do come and talk to us if you have any concerns - no problem is too small and often better dealt with at an early stage.

Class teachers are available at the beginning or end of the day to discuss any concerns regarding your child’s education and welfare. However, this can often be a busy time, so it may be advisable to arrange a mutually convenient time to discuss an issue at length. Mrs Whitaker, the Head Teacher is contactable via the school office.

Mrs. Breen, our attendance officer, is often the first point of contact in the school office and Mrs. Lord, our learning mentor, is also available to talk to parents about any issues or problems.

Any formal complaints are dealt with in line with the complaints' policy below.

Our Chair of the Governing Body is Mr. P  Vercoe who you can contact in writing via the school office.
