Year 3 did a wonderful job with their assembly this morning! They taught us all about Jonah and how we can show God's love to other people Thank you to everyone that came to watch

On Thursday 14th November, 4 children from year 4 took part in a Maths competition at Brunshaw Primary School. Children completed 4 activities working both as a team and individually. Other schools were also participating for a chance to progress to the finals in May at Burnley Football Club. The four children worked incredibly hard and showed a fantastic attitude. The hard work paid off and WE GOT THROUGH to the finals. Can we say a huge congratulations to these four children on getting through to the finals and representing Holy Trinity CofE Primary School fantastically

Year 2 had a special visit from Burnley Fire and Rescue. We learnt how to keep ourselves safe in a fire.

In science, year 5 experimented with separating various materials using a variety of equipment to investigate.

As part of our English in Year 6, we have been enjoying finding out lots of exciting facts about Walt Disney. The children have produced some excellent text maps, which allow them to recite his life story, only using pictures and a few words. We also had a go at some 'Hot Seating' where members of the class were interviewed playing the role of Walt Disney.
